Love it but it glitches

I love this app to death, its the perfect app for me, and I use it every day, or should I say I used to use it day. Every time I left the app, then tried to reopen it, the do logo came up then it went black. I even re downloaded the app and after I set all the setting to what I wanted and stuff the next time I tried to go on the app it was black. Please fix this, this is my favourite app and I cant find another one quite like it.
